Hi! My name is Jaelen, I was born Taiwanese-American in my hometown of Ventura California and since then I've been drawing, sketching, and crafting whatever it is that fascinates me at that moment in time.

 

After returning from a quick trip to college in 2020, I've been finding ways to engage with the arts, technology, and education communities here in Ventura while running the IDEA Center makerspace on Ventura Avenue.

Sketchbook

Im almost always playing some music while I work. Often times I will try to let the feeling of a song influence the look of a finished piece, and in some cases the piece itself will be inspired by a particular song or lyric.
